Terms

Terms of use and own risk

Plain terms for a tool that reads public data and builds transactions you sign yourself.

What Famulus is

Famulus reads public blockchain data about pump.fun coins and shows what it reads: holders, trades, wallets, alerts. Its agent answers questions from that data only. It is a tool, not a service that holds anything for you, and not a financial service.

Not advice

Nothing on Famulus is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. Readings and signals describe the chain; they do not say what a token will do. Famulus may be wrong, late or incomplete: nodes go down, transactions are missed, and a wallet link can be a coincidence.

Your wallet, your transactions

Famulus never holds your keys or your money. Every transaction it builds is shown to you in your own wallet before you sign it. You are responsible for what you sign. Signing a sign-in message proves you hold a wallet and cannot move funds.

Burns

Burn rules are set by each coin's creator. Famulus shows them and checks receipts against them, but does not guarantee that a creator keeps burning. Burning lowers supply; it does not set or support a price. A vault program, where used, works as its published code says, and that code is the only thing that decides what a vault can do.

Own risk

$FAMULUS can lose all its value. Nothing here is advice. Tokens on pump.fun, $FAMULUS included, are highly speculative and can go to zero in minutes. Use Famulus and any token entirely at your own risk.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or trick the service, or use it to harass anyone. Famulus may limit, pause or switch off any part of the service, hide coins from its own lists, and change these terms. Using the site means you accept the terms as they stand.

Data

Famulus stores what it reads from the chain, the questions asked of coin agents with their answers, and, if you follow a coin, your browser's push address. It stores no names or emails and counts visitors by a salted hash of their network address. You can stop alerts at any time by unfollowing or turning notifications off.
